We rented the 3BR Penthouse rooftop apartment in the Lumina (Santomar) building. It was fantastic. We loved the plunge pool, the sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop terrace and watching toucans, jays, woodpeckers and parrots flying past! The apartment itself was generally well appointed, with modern appliances, washing machine and dryer, TV, coffee maker, juicer etc. The pool, padel courts and gym were all fantastic and just a short 2 min walk from the front door and set in jungle surroundings - with iguanas, birds and more! Overall the Losantos complex feels very safe for kids and families and 24/7 security at the entrance gate.

Stunning apartment. Designed with cure and class. The apartment was gorgeous. And so were the facilities. Also, it was almost empty so we basically had the whole structure for ourselves, including the big pool. But anyway, the apartment was the highlight. Furnished with class and cure. I'd move there tomorrow!

Amazing Stay! Best place in Tulum, quiet, super comfortable, gorgeous decoration, full services (I even had a washing machine) Internet work great and I had a mini pool in the suite that I booked. This place exceeded my expectations and price was great. I imagine in high season is not as accessible but I will pay it cos is totally worth it! Special thanks to my concierge Stephanie, she supported with all questions and made check in super easy! To consider: Since is in kind of the jungle area there are a thousand moskitos so take spray to control. Also locations is a bit far from downtown, I had a car so it was good but if you do not have a car consider maybe bikes since taxi can get a bit pricey depending on the hour

Some of the nicest rooms I've been in on a holiday. Felt like I was waking into an uptown movie set. With a free upgrade in the mix we had no complaints about the room. Only thing that could have been better is the location and we did have to ask for help with cleaning out the pool and other small stuff. The staff were friendly and helpful, as well as quick so still have no complaints here.

We had a wonderful stay at Lumina, Losantos. The rooms were perfectly cleaned and the staff was well present to answer to our questions. The flat well furnished permitted to cook easily at home during our stay. I recommend this place for a quiet journey!

We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious apartment. We loved the pool! Communication with concierge was good. They need more cooking supplies like a pot or kettle, more knives, dish towels, dish rack needed a water catcher, and working microwave. They did provide pool towels but no bath towels (maybe you can ask for it). We were ok using the pool towels and washing them. We definitely would stay again!

Very good experience and excellent accommodation. The WhatsApp was quick to reply with any issues. The gym and pool were of good quality also. Only draw back is the building work but it wasn’t that bad and could not hear it at the apartment.
